Update on Gram from Marian

Today, Sunday, 11/29/08. Mom is herself and tired. Mom had breakfast by Matt Bouchard of oatmeal and toast and then she had another breakfast by Peter Bouchard of French Toast, eggs and a little bit of coffee. She's resting and while looking very snazzy in her new blue velour running suit she's decided not to go on a run today but will consider it tomorrow.

Family Pictures

Well, I seem to be missing out on quite a bit of fun up in Fairfield... Jen called me tonight and told me that she had a great picture of me on my first day of school in 1987, so I would say 2nd grade or so. It really is quite a striking photo of a confident young man with a strong independent fashion sense (the missing tooth is quite nice as well). The one thing I would have to argue about is the reading of the handwriting on the back -- I think it says "Fun Day at School", but maybe I am just trying to give my young self an excuse for looking like a complete goober.

Hi everybody!

On our drive home tonight, Nicole and I talked about how we sometimes feel out of the loop, and I'm sure we're not the only ones... so, I decided to start this little blog here. I figured it would be an easy way to keep in touch that wouldn't involve having to keep e-mail lists up to date. If you have a quick second you can post a note about what your family is up to and even post some photos (it's quite easy on this site, there's a little button above the text entry window...) Please save this page as a bookmark or a favorite and check in occasionally. I will try to type a note now and then to keep it going, but it would be nice if everyone would contribute.
